Curtainsides
The Tauranga Canvas range of made-to-order curtains are built to exacting standards using the best ‘user friendly’ components that have been fully tested and approved by the Ministry of Transport. The Tauranga Canvas logo also includes the load bearing certificate number for immediate identification.
Each curtain is backed by years of experience as fabricators of side curtains. The Tauranga Canvas range of freight, insulated, super-insulated or chipliner curtains is suitable for all types of rigid truck and trailer units. The range also includes specialised digitally printed curtains.
We also manufacture and fit replacement curtainsides for many of New Zealand's leading transport companies.
We manufacture our curtains with a 75mm lower buckle height than other curtainside suppliers. We place our logos below the lateral strap in between the buckles.
Each curtain is labeled with our job number, date and fabric colour for easy recognition for replacement parts as required.
Standard Features include:

Heavy duty fabric (900gsm PVC). Only the best quality polymar imported direct from the manufacturer in Germany is used. A large quantity of stock in 15 colours is always available at our premises at Mount Maunganui.

A recognised brand of quality tensioners is used in conjunction with anodised aluminium luffgroove poles and cast alloy base plugs. A full range of spare parts is always held for any repairs that may be required
